What can we do for you
What we do
We are limiting our activity these days to provide help with any simple project-related activities where our passion lies. If any of our hats fit you, please give us a call to try one on, we would be glad to be of service
Clean title for water rights
You don’t automatically get water rights because you bought some land. While they may run with the land, the State Engineer needs to know about it and most Realtors and their title companies have no idea what to do. We do, call us for help!
Acquire an easement or right-of-way for residential gas or electric line
Bought some land and need a connection to the Gas Company of New Mexico or a Kit Carson power line to your property. Easy to do if they are at your property line, if not, call us to get them there!
Plan or permit a development site
Split off a lot for a new build? Divide your acreage to build another family house? Add an additional lot to your existing plot. A simple process especially with the right tools and people.
Have tractor-will travel
With a good backhoe and loader, we can put anything almost anywhere. We can also cut ditch furrows or excavate or trench in electric or sewer lines.
Oil and gas work
We will still run mineral titles, work on pipeline routes, buy leases or cure titles, but now limit our activities to the Rocky Mountain producing areas.
Maintenance, remodels, additions, and property care
With our small but talented crew, we can do just about anything from a general remodel to a landscape plan. You want it, we will do it!
James understands Pueblo Style
“Way before my Oil and Gas career, one of my many pursuits was residential construction. My first summer job was as a general laborer for a custom adobe home builder in the Ranchos de Albuquerque area of the North Valley in New Mexico. As several summers progressed, I advanced through the phases of the building process, building adobe walls, laying brick floors and patios, and installing cabinets and trim. Before I transitioned out to graduate from college, I had a thorough understanding of the process from start to finish with hands-on experience.”
James has reapplied that experience to personal development projects, remodels, and new builds for today. Owning and self-managing multiple properties gave him the missing link needed for financing and operating at a profit. These skills are directly applied to his current tasks of working with the land!
Getting back to the basics today is a very rewarding part of his life in Taos today!
